Understanding the Corporate Lifecycle
Every living entity has a lifecycle. Entities are born, they grow, they age, and eventually they die.
Companies and organisations are also living entities, they go through predictable stages of the lifecycle, the difference is that companies and organisations do not have to age and they do not have to die. If the signs and effects of aging are evident, they can be stopped or reversed.
It is the aim of Corporate Lifecycles MD to assist executive teams and their companies through the various stages of the lifecycle assisting them to achieve the PRIME stage of the lifecycle; the only stage of the lifecycle where companies and organisations can dominate their markets.
Based on the concepts originally outlined by Dr. Ichak Adizes, it is our aim to assist our clients to effectively transition through the various stages of the Corporate Lifecycle to achieve PRIME.
